Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled for both shop products and services.
1. Physical Products (Shop orders)
Eligibility for returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used herbal or supplement products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Discounted or clearance products
How to request a return

Include your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged or wrong items.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.
2. Services (Consultations, Workshops, or Coaching)
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged 50% of the session fee.
- Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Refunds for services
Refunds for prepaid sessions are available if:
- You cancel more than 24 hours in advance, or
- The session was cancelled by us for unforeseen reasons.
All service refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
