VitOrtho Meer-in-1 Teen is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral formula specifically developed for growing teenagers from the age of 10. During adolescence, nutritional needs change as the body continues to grow and develop. This carefully balanced formula provides a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals and supporting nutrients in forms selected for their quality and bioavailability. In addition to essential vitamins and minerals, Meer-in-1 Teen contains choline, inositol, taurine, citrus bioflavonoids and active forms of folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin K2. The formula is free from gelatine, yeast, added sugars and synthetic colours, flavours and preservatives.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Suitable for children from 10 years of age.
