Magnesium Complex – Plantovitamins is a carefully formulated food supplement providing magnesium in two highly bioavailable, organically bound forms: magnesium citrate and magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium is an essential macro-mineral involved in more than 300 physiological processes in the body and plays a key role in muscle function, the nervous system, and energy metabolism. These forms of magnesium are well absorbed and support both physical and mental balance.

To enhance absorption and overall effectiveness, this formula is complemented with nettle root extract and Tremella mushroom powder.
