Description

Vitals Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg is a liquid omega-3 supplement made from fish oil in its natural triglyceride form, with a fresh lemon taste. The liquid form allows flexible dosing and easy intake for both children (from 3 years of age) and adults. The oil can be taken directly or added to cold foods or beverages.The formula supplies the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are naturally present in fish oil and are valued for their role in everyday nutrition.

Ingredients

Fish oil (natural triglyceride form) – 2300 mg
including:
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) – 370 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) – 230 mg

Other ingredients

Fish oil, lemon flavouring, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol-rich extract)

Directions for use

Children from 3 years: take 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) once daily with a meal containing fat.
Adults: take 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons) daily.

The oil may be consumed directly or mixed with cold dishes or drinks.
A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.

Storage

Store unopened at room temperature.
After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 3 months.
