Vitals Liquid EPA/DHA 1200 mg is a liquid omega-3 supplement made from fish oil in its natural triglyceride form, with a fresh lemon taste. The liquid form allows flexible dosing and easy intake for both children (from 3 years of age) and adults. Gebruiksaanwijzing

Children from 3 years: take 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) once daily with a meal containing fat.
Adults: take 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons) daily.

The oil may be consumed directly or mixed with cold dishes or drinks.
A 5 ml measuring spoon is included.
